Founded in 2015, Paragon Scaffolding is a certified Western Australian privately owned company. Paragon brings together leaders in management and craft skills encompassing all facets of scaffolding and project management, across a variety of projects, including the Gorgon and Ichthys mega projects.

Health, Safety, Training & Quality
Safety in design is always front and centre to our ideas and innovations during scaffold planning, design, and execution (in field). Paragon provides significant skills and OH&S development for our team, including:
- Scaffold trainee skills accelerator events
- Frontline management training for our supervisors
- Effective communication awareness sessions.
Paragon has achieved ISO certification in Quality 9001 (2015) and Occupational Health and Safety 45001 (2018). This is a great achievement for the team and will underpin our growth strategy which is targeted on asset owner engagement.
Our Team
As a management team, we have extensive industry expertise including mega project experience in maintenance and construction scaffolding. Our specialist experience has been gained from working on major construction, mining, oil and gas, refinery and infrastructure projects across Australia including the Gorgon Project.
We’re supported by around 100 craft scaffolders, leading hands, supervisors, and support staff. Paragon is always ready to scale up and down to meet client requirements.
With over 23 years of experience in the scaffold industry Kent has worked in a variety of scaffold-related roles including construction, industrial commissioning, maintenance, and oil and gas. In these roles, he has gained extensive experience in managing teams, designing systems of scaffolding, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Paragon Scaffolding was founded on the belief that a focus on culture and core values can provide repeatable success for clients. Attention to detail in the design phase coupled with empowered decision-making strategy sets the company apart from the competition.
Kent’s straight-forward, no-nonsense communication style and personal accountability have resulted in a scaffold company that is culture-driven and guided by core values. A strong focus on developing teams and traineeships, has resulted in a lean, scalable industry-leading business that delivers excellence on behalf of its clients.
A strong believer in the importance of safety and compliance, Kent ensures that all of Paragon’s scaffold systems meet or exceed safety and compliance standards. He is also a proponent of continuous improvement, and he is always looking for ways to improve and invest in the company’s systems and services.
