Paragon Scaffolding supports trainees to develop their scaffolding skills through the Trainee Skills Accelerator Program. Trainees learn the fundamentals, such as basing out tube and fit independent towers, learning the difference between tension and compression spurs, guiding the correct manual handling methods, and most importantly, navigating the construction industry as a new start.
Our government-supported Cert III package provides valuable industry experience, onsite and in the yard, with active mentoring from experienced supervisors.
